Our Capacity-Building and Skills Development Program is designed empower marginalized communities, newcomers, low-income families, seniors, young people, and community organizations with the knowledge, resources, and life skills they need to thrive.
Our program offers a comprehensive approach to skill-building and capacity-building through our Transformational Leadership Training, Organizational Development Training, STEM and Digital Literacy Training for Youth, Employment and Entrepreneurship Support Training, and Financial Literacy Training.
Through our Transformational Leadership Training, we help individuals develop the skills necessary to become effective leaders and change-makers in their communities. Our Organizational Development Training focuses on building the capacity of Black led community organizations to achieve their goals and make a positive impact. For young people, our STEM and Digital Literacy Training prepares for the future by providing them with the technical skills they need to succeed in the digital age.
Our Employment and Entrepreneurship Support Training offers valuable insights and resources to help individuals seeking to enter the workforce or start their own business. Finally, our Financial Literacy Training provides individuals with the knowledge and skills they need to make informed financial decisions and build a strong financial future. Our program provides access to high-quality training and resources, empowering individuals, and organizations to make positive changes in their lives and communities.
