A historic step was taken on December 16, 2005 at the ACOMI Steering Committee/General Meeting held at the Canad-Inns, Pembina Highway where the ACOMI constitution was ratified and adopted.

The constitution has under-gone some changes since December 2005. There has been two revisions that occurred in September 2009 and also in January 2011. A link to to the most recent version is provided below (in PDF format):
