LIBCAM is a non-profit organization that provides support, services and representation for all Liberian-Canadians and visible minorities in Manitoba. LIBCAM’s vision is to promote stable communities’ activities rooted in peace, independence, and self-sufficiency to facilitate the growth and development of less privileged individuals in our community and the public. We are involved with community empowerment, community wellness, community relations, social assistance, youth education enhancement program, cultural promotion, seniors and elderly care programs, and a lot more.
